Having read some very poor reviews on car hire, I thought I would add a positive one. I have been using Terrys for several years now after some poor experiences with Goldcar.
So easy to collect car as all paper work is done in advance by email. They take payment approx 14 days before arrival.
Collected bags very quickly, walked past the queues at Goldcar and Record!.
Over to the multi story car park up to the 3rd floor and the car is there with my name in the windscreen, retrieve keys from preadvised location pay the ticket, chuck the bags in the boot and out of car park within 20 minutes of bag collection.
Brilliant, takes all the stress out of car hire. Car was a Seat Altea XL, not brand new around 20k km on the clock but clean and tidy.
Good company to deal with and the return is just as quick leave the car on the same floor and ring them.
Easy as that.
