Cifre Apartments on Pine Walk

We are thinking of booking these apartments but can't seem to find out exactly where they are located. They say they are not far from the Ila D'Or hotel but does anyone know where they are? Looks like they may be at the start of the Passeig de Colon but we'd really like to know for sure.
Also any feedback would be helpful if anyone has stayed there recently.
