Electric reconnection

Hi all. After a few years away from our place in Gotmar, my wife and I are needing to get power back. We were with ENDESA and would choose to go back. We live in Poland and wanted to know if we can do this before we come out or it needs somebody present? I remember years ago going there to find no supply because of a storm and having to wait a few days for an electrician to come into our home to check the fuse box.
We see ENDESA are online and was hoping to go down this route. But first bit of info they want is an nie number which I’m not aware of having. My son is happy to go at short notice but does anybody have an idea how long he may need to wait without power?
Any understanding and help we would be truly grateful

I use Endesa and have found that an Email in English via their website gets a pretty quick and useful response. Maybe give that a try?

Alternatively, if you have a solicitor in PP they may well be able to sort this out for you.

i think you will find Endesa respond best and fastest when you send them some money. I assume from your post you have not been paying them the service Charge . Get the amount you owe them Pay and they will sort it fast
