Looks like their webpage security certificate has expired and your firewall or your browser might not allow the website through?

Have you tried different browsers?
 
They have an android app that works well and you can view your bills on there
 
For the past few months, the online and app views of my Endesa consumption data have either stopped or are just wrong.

As a result, they've used estimated readings twice and I got a huge bill. This was corrected following a visit from their meter reader but it still looks like the smart meter isn't reporting hourly data.

Anyone else seeing the same problem?
 
Mine’s fine. I use the App and find it very useful and accurate.

I can't even get the online or app to work! It doesn't like my NIE I think.
 
Try calling them on +34 937 06 15 10. They are very helpful.
 
I used my passport number instead of my NIE and that worked fine - may be worth a try?
