Europa Goldcar

Hi,

I've booked a car via an agent and it turns out to be placed with Europa Goldcar. Does anyone know where in the town their premises are, I can't place it. Also, any feedback on their service / reputation?

you can collect from airport,thats what we did last time at christmas,we had a bad experience,our flight was delayed and when we got to palma the 24 hour person had disappeared for about an hour and half,this was about 3 in the morning,so we just waited intil she came back,she said she hadn't been informed of delays,but she did upgrade the car,so we swore we wouldn't use them again,but guess what?,we booked with an agent too and who do you think its with?,you guessed it,Europa Goldstar,still,hopefully this time there won't be any delays,and we are not coming via barcelona either that might help,they are a very big company it will be fine,we were just unlucky,i don't know where they are in the port though.

OPENING TIMES

Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 13:00h
Monday - Saturday, 17:00 - 20:00h
Sunday, 08:00 - 12:00h

& I think they are opposite the Flora apts & diagonally oppposite the Spa supermarket - behind the Pine Walk.

We've used them several times a year (via Carjet) & have never had any problems (from the airport).

Always use them great service and aftering booking with them once the next time you go to the desk they ask if you have used them before and if you have it takes about 5 mins to get sorted.didn't charge me for kids seat last year as i was a regular customer so when making booking now i don't order a seat just ask at the desk.
