The Fat Cats will be strumming their stuff again at La Laguna from 4pm till 7pm on Wed 3rd Aug 2011.

I looked up the marina bar and it did mention jazz once a week. does this still happen? I've emailed them to ask if its trad. jazz but as yet we have not had a reply! four of our gang, including us two are keen trad. jazz fans. misspent youth!!
hope to see you all there sometime in september. can I ask mudshark wher you are staying in puerto soller? its a favourite resort of ours.

The Marina Cafe has given up holding events with the Fat Cats for the Summer. They may be back there in the Autumn I hear. Hope so anyway!

That said, I would not really describe their type of jazz as 'Trad Jazz'. Try to catch them in La Laguna - either on a Sat or Wed afternoon. Great location, great food and great music! And no, I am not on commission!

Great news for fans of the Fat Cats Band!

They have a new gig at the Circulo Cultural in Puerto Pollensa this Saturday May 12th 2012 from 6pm to 8pm.

They will also be in Max's Cafe on Sunday 13th May 2012 from 4.3opm to 7.30pm

Called in at Tots last night, there were two guys playing music, one on sax, the other guitar, they were very good and created a great atmosphere, didn't know these were the Fat Cats Jaz band, or part of it perhaps.

This Saturday 26th May the band will be playing in Circulo Cultural from 6-8pm.

Sunday 27th May at Max's Cafe 5:30- 8:30pm.

Max's was such a refreshing venue to avoid the footy!!!

They will surely resurface somewhere.....

May be they could extend their gigs at Circulo Cultural?? It is such a magnificent venue....however they need to get a bit more organised behind the bar if it is to be a successful venue...

Definitely Tots on Thursdays and i think Wednesdays as well but not certain, i will try to find out if Circulo Cultural on Saturdays is a regular gig.
