We will have a rental car. Where can we park in Soller (to take the train to Palma and back)?

Is it worth bringing our snorkelling equipment?

What time does the Sunday market in Pollensa open? Where can we park for this?

After 5 o'clock on a Saturday - will there be any large supermarkets open near/in Pollensa?

Can't believe how fast time has flown since booking so early!

Keswick, can't tell you about parking in Soller,when we did the trip we went to Palma by bus and did the trip in that direction, but am sure you would find parking. There are places where its good to snorkel, Cala san Vicente,Malpas and probably in the bay of PP itself. The Sunday market is usually up and running by 0900 and shuts around 1pm. The supermarkets in the area usually close at 9pm on a Saturday.

We drove to Soller when we were last staying in PP 2 years ago. We basically took the main motorway towards Palma, then took the Soller road back up to Soller (rather than taking the mountain road from Pollensa). As you come to Soller, the main road bypasses the town to the west, but then there was a roundabout where we turned right, which was signposted towards the centre on Carrer de Cetre - very shortly along that road there was a car park on the right hand side. We parked there and it was about a 10 minute walk to the centre square, which is very close to the railway station.
