Sparky/Lollipop - Thanks for the updated prices. Looks like I'm with Record again! Our week in September works out at 118 euros of the hire plus 53 euros for fuel for a Fiesta. All the full full companies seem considerably more than 171 euros - and most have unfathomable insurance cover.
Plus in June, the Record guy at the airport paid a drink on for me at Laguna. With such customer care Record should be supported!!

Fuel prices in PP today are 1.29€ for petrol and 1.21.5€ for diesel.

Yes that is right Sparky,but I bet the car hire companies charge for the premium fuel which is always 4 or 5 euro's per litre more.
