Galeon Apartments

Hi,

Not been to PP before, but flying out next Saturday and staying at the Galeon Aprtments.

Can someone tell me how far it is into the Marina area and what we can expect to pass on the way....I've got a list of restaurants i want to try which are mainly in the marina area, but wondering if i'll miss any favourites on the way.

Is the front all hotels or are their bars/restaurants on the way. Quite like being able to stop for a drink or coffee while taking a stroll back after eating...

...just trying to get a picture of what to expect

Its a good 15 minute walk into town, but its along a very nice beachside path, so its a pleasant walk.

Hi

we stayed at the Galeon 3 years ago they are fabulous !! especially if you have a sea front room with balcony - the apartment interiors are high spec and the pool area is very private and clean. The bar/restaurant at the Galeon is very nice and you can order meals/bottles of wine to your room our whole experience there was excellent.
On the walk into town it will take you about 20 min but it is a very pleasant walk along the beach front promenade and there are lots of pleasant watering holes along the way we used to stop quite often at the hotel Romantic for a few drinks or night cap also look out for Tamarells which has lovely sangria and bar Ancla you can not miss any of these places as they are all located along the road you walk into town.
I am sure you will have a fabulous time enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!
