Getting started on pollensa market. Any info needed

Hello, we want to get a regular spot on the pollensa market selling our range of fine jewellery and personalised engraving etc. The town hall have told us there is a waiting list. Has anyone any info on how long this could take has anyone actually got a spot on the market? Any feedback would be great.
Also We visited the big festival in puerto alcudia back in April does anyone know how we can get into these festivals? Organisers, contact numbers for any festivals and markets on the island?
