Goldcar Priority

Hi,

Have car hire booked with Goldcar next week. I see they offer a priority service for pick up which costs €30. Has anyone used it and is it actually worth it?

might be if it jumps the queue I've been in for the last 2 years

I just don't understand why they can't process more quickly, especially for return customers who've paid upfront, they have licence / accommodation details on file, oh, I forgot, they need to rob you for petrol.....

don't tell me they are not making a very good living at present

There is a priority desk there, it is also for bookings taking via goldcar.es, its a separate window you go to, much less of a queue there
