I had a great day, a liquid lunch in El Posito (couple of glasses of vino)then in the evening pre-dinner drinks in Rincon de Mami then on to Casa Vila where we shared a starter of Champinones nonna Vila followed by Bistec a la Fiorentina, as always the food was fantastic but too much, this was washed down with bottle of Ca Lungheta Pino Grigio Blush. Suddenly the lights went out as "Happy birthday" music played and i was presented with chocolate fondant dessert, candle and a glass of cava, a lovely gesture from the staff to end a lovely day.
