Has anyone used rentalspuertopollensa.com?

Hi everyone,
I am in the process of booking my third visit to PP for Summer 2013 and unfortunately my favourite apartments are already full. I have found one in Boquer (my favourite locaton) on the Rentals Puerto Pollensa website. I usually only book apartments direct with the owner so I wondered if anyone has any experience of booking via this company, as I am a little nervous !

I have not used Rentals Puerto Pollensa - Villas and Apartment Rental - Rentals Puerto Pollensa - Villas and Apartment Rental myself but know a couple of people who have and they were very happy with them .

Thanks for that Sparky. I have to say that so far they (rentalspuertopollensa.com)have replied to all my emails really quickly and efficiently, so I am already feeling much better about booking with them.
As an aside, I've emailed numerous owners from the Rentals section of this website about availability for next Summer and have been very disappointed that a lot of them have failed to reply to me at all. I got so fed up at one point that I almost considered going to Greece next year instead (but I just can't do it!!).

Hi CV. I've used the said company and found them very efficient, including payments, key collection, etc. Our apartment was clean on arrival (and left the same on departure may I add), was well fitted out and exactly as described.
Everything was sorted by E-Mail, no complaints whatsoever - I would use them again.
(Though no face to face contact when in the resort, a contact number was given in case of queries, emergencies, etc.) A good time had by all.
Though we do all take some type of calculated risk when booking our hol's.

Thanks for your reply Pescador. It's so reassuring when somebody else has experience of a rental company. Now I just have to choose between the two apartments we've shortlisted !
