Stayed in apartment 3b last week in October 2012 it was very nice, kitchen well equipped and plenty of wardrobe space. The balcony has table and chairs for breakfast and an awning for the the midday sun which was a Godsend, not a huge balcony but bigger than some I have seen and the beach is only about 20 steps from the front door. Every thing is very central with plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Our only comment to the owner was a handle for getting in and out of the shower would be good for us older members of the pp lovers. I think the apartment to the left might have a bit of restriction on their view so not sure which one you aware looking at. We hope to go back in October again this year as the weather is still nice and it is quieter. Transactions with owner for payment went without a hitch and overall we were very pleased, hope this helps you choose.
