Help!

Hi all. Spent an enjoyable evening looking for an apartment for the 19-26th June. Still haven't found the perfect one. Thought I would ask you folks for suggestions, with your wealth of experience! Looking for somewhere central with a nice sunny balcony and view. My husband had a stroke and major heart surgery last year, so we'll probably spend a lot of time in the apartment. We love the pine walk, but too far to walk now. The apartment above Iru looks good, but a wee bit too expensive - travel insurance costing a fortune!
Looked at "first line" apartment, but can't quite decide where it is.

Anyway, would appreciate your suggestions and opinions.
