Can't rate Zarzas taxis highly enough.
Emailed Alicia from Zarzas our pick up details from the UK a few days beforehand. Our flight arrived on time, but all passenger luggage from the flight didn't appear on the carousel until almost an hour later!
Alicia was still waiting for us with a name card, was extremely pleasant and chatty, and was great with our two young kids, despite obviously having a long day.
After taking us to PP, she went to the bother of collecting our apartment keys, which were being kept by a local hotel. She even gave the kids a sweets selection after dropping us off at our apartment.
She mentioned that her family owned/ran the Los Zarzales restaurant. We went there on our last night in PP and had a wonderful meal. The staff, especially the manageress, who I think is Alicia's sister, was so kind and pleasant and great with the kids and the food was terrific.
Highly recommended all round.
