We booked via Villaparade and found Hiper good.
Only little annoyance was that we were taken in a minibus out of the hotel to the Hiper office (5 mins). We then waited in a queue (20 mins) for the car and just to be sure we didn't get lost drove back to the airport to start the journey.
Returning the car in PP was far simpler and next year we may just get taxi from airport and collect the car in PP.
