I understand that the ownership of the Nui has changed ( post by grahame)
Anyone got any further info.? What about Juan and the waiter with the ginger hair? We will be there in September and always have lunch at the Nui

Hi, The latest on the Nui is that Juan is still there and Nicky is working in the Can Patron the one on the steps down to Cala Barques.
Today we have had a thunderstorm but it has cleared now and the forecast is that summer is arriving this afternoon.

Very interesting. The guy with the ginger hair has left and is working at the restaurant on the far left as you go down the steps. Menu there is now EXACTLY the same as it used to be at Hotel Niu. So it appears that everything has transferred away from Hotel Niu apart from the lovely old waiter who is still there and suffering under the new orange regime
