Our family stayed at this hotel for the first time this year and we could not fault it. The service in the hotel was excellent. It now has air-conditioning.
All the staff were very friendly and speak excellent English. The food was very good.
The Thompson reps and entertainers work very hard to make your holiday memorable. The local entertainers were not so good.
If you want a good family holiday we can highly recommend it, our 3 year old daughter had a wonderful time at the Activ club.
Don't bother to take buckets,spades.fishing nets or lilos you can borrow them from the Kids Club.
