Ipa Plaza

I can second sparky - we stayed last year at Ipa Plaza in the square cus we needed more room as there was 6 of us and always went round to the Flora to say hello and have a wee drink!!

i'm looking at staying at the ipa plaza, i've read that the pool area doesn't get much sun, can you confirm this/ apart from this the location seems ideal and the apt. lovely

Hey Sean... you are right! We stayed in number 3 Ipa and the apartment was beautiful but there are three high walls over looking the pool area so it doesnt get much sun except when its at its highest which isnt great we spent most days on the roof terrace or at the beach...

thanks for that, given a choice between ipa and olot(llenaire) which would you go for (olot 500euro cheaper for same rental period) any other replies welcome especially those who may have stayed in olot

Hey Sean its a tough one because Olot isnt bad I dont think its quite as nice as Ipa and im a beach person rather than a pool person... but in current times 500 would go along way in holiday spending money ...

thanks rachel, i went ahead and booked olot, although the interior doesn't look as flash as ipa, the €500 will be handy spending money. after all who spends much time in their apt. on holiday and i dont mind a 20 min walk into town on an evening.
first time in pp so i will post my experience on my return on 3rd august
i believe the moors v christians festival is on while i am there, any tips /things not to miss?

Hey Sean - the festivals def one not to be missed!! Def head to the market in the old town - its on a Friday if I rem rightly if not im sure someone will correct me. Also take the ferry over to Formentor the beach is beautiful mostly pp is the best to chill and just relax ...
