Is it better to book El Posito ?

We arrive on a Friday and wondered if it is best to book on that day for a table around 8.00 .We have been before to El Posito but it was usually mid week and it has been a few years since then ?

Not out for a couple of weeks yet but just tying to make sure we do not fall into our usual trap of visiting the exact same restaurant's each visit !

And if it's booked in advance that will be the first night sorted .
