James Villas in Pollensa

Hello guys this is my first posting since I joined the forum.

I would like to know if anyone has been to any of the James Villas situated in the old town of Pollensa.

We are going to Pollensa in October and thinking of using them for our stay in a villa, any information would be appreciated ie were they good quality, locations, etc.

We've stayed in four James villas properties - but all were in the countryside around the town and the resort so a car was essential. The last time was quite a few years ago. We rented one in Cala san Vicente which as far as I know has been taken off the books - it was a bit tired but it was a lovely villa. Another was near to a golf course and was very clean and comfortable.

The best, without a doubt, was Ca'n Miguel which was between PP and Alcudia but I have to say that since using Villa Plus last year, they are a lot better than James Villas in terms of amenities at the villas. They all seem to have pool tables, DVD players, Playstations, table tennis tables and they were very professional, both before and during our holiday.

We're going with Villa Plus again this year so I can recommend them.

James Villas were fine but Villa Plus, like their name suggests, just seem to have the edge.

Hi thank you for the speedy reply, I will certainly check out villa plus, I think I should have made it a little more clearer in my request that we are looking at villas around Pollensa not strictly in the town itself.

Hi Rockhopper, we went with Villa Plus too, 3 years ago, and as Jane said they were brill, nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa was superb with a pool table and table tennis! Not been with JamesVillas tho.

Hi Jigggy, thank for that. I have looked at villa plus and they do look good value. Unfortunately we have already booked our flights from Tues/Tues and villa plus run either Fri or Sat so maybe next year we will try them.
