Do post here if you are vsiting in June & may like to meet up.

I will be out 10-17 if anyone would like a get-together.
 
I'll be there from 8th to 18th June, would love to get together with anyone else
around.

Hi - we are there 16th to 30th June.
We managed to get our home exchange, we are staying in a lovely apartment -cant wait, only five weeks to go!
We would love to meet up with other PP addicts.

Hi Susie,

We saw your post and were impressed that you got a home exchange, we tried this last year and had no joy. Every one that we tried whether it be Spain, France, wherever said no as it didn't fit in with their holidays. Our children finish school at the end of June and we'd hoped that we could have organised something, well done to you.

Hi Susie, see you there. we arrive 29 May home 26 June , nice long break. Staying at Crespi Appts opposite Coral Restaurant, cant wait. Devon is great but P.P. is better!
 
Hello

My husband and I (I sound like the queen haha!) will be there from 30th May to 6th June. Hope the fab weather holds 25degs at 9.30am heaven.

We will be going to Sunday Jazz afternoon at El Ancla.

We'll be there 9th to the 19th staying in an apartment just down from the Illa D'Or, almost next door to the Singala. Will be seen knocking about the Pine Walk etc with a 3 yr old boy with bright ginger hair in tow.:)
 
We are there from 4th June till 13th June.
It would be lovely to meet up.

I am new to meeting up, so not sure how it works. Do we say something like - 'we will be in a certain place on a Wednesday ' or what! We usually end up most evenings enjoying a drink at the Miramar - great place for people watching and a nice end to the day. Have posted my photo so if you see us please say hello, we are there between 16th to 30th June.
 
Well you managed it just fine, well done! I do agree it is difficult to meet up sometimes. I once very nearly had my hubby run from Llenaire Restaurant down the road after someone who I was absolutely sure must be the same person I had been chatting to on the forum! Luckily he didnt reach him, as it was the wrong person anyway! We met up later at a designated point. Another time a different couple sent me a photo of her that was a few years out of date, because it looked better! So luckily, she recognised me just before I went upto someone with children of the age she had said she had!
And yet another time, a now very dear friend decided we should meet in the square for our first meet. I ended up at PP square and they were at Pollensa Square! Luckily we kept in touch with mobiles, but that was by far the funniest first meet. I still think we should have some sort of tasteful badge that could identify us all. Everytime we queue at Gatwick, I feel like shouting out HI, Im Belladonna! Luckily, Ive only every just mumbled it loud enough for hubby to hear! LOL!!;)
 
I am going to organise something during my stay 10th-17th, I just need to decide when although am thinking of afternoon of Thu 11th. Any takers?

I know that whaleywander tried having a copy of the magazine Holiday in Puerto Pollensa to identify herself. I will wear my t-shirt. You could also try getting a copy of our flier that should be on display outside the tourist office (please don't take the last one!) & putting that on the table if you organise your own meet-up.:)
 
Whaleywander's technique of havinga copy of 'Holiday in Puerto Pollensa' on the table worked a treat for us. We spotted them straight away and had a very pleasant meet up!
 
Coming back on Sunday 14th, just for 6 days this time and looking forward to it. Leaving hubby at home and will be going with my son and daughter (quality family time:cool:) Must go and pack now - I will report back.

Btw how did the meet-up go?
 
June meet

Hi All

If anyone is interested I shall hopefully be meeting up with a few friends at Tolo's (on the seafront) on Friday 19th between 11.00 and 12noon.

Would love to meet up with more old friends and make some new ones.
