Just wondering .. El Brio??

Hopefully, we will be out in PP at the end of April and I was just wondering if El Brio in the old town was still open. We were there in april and October last year and it was good food and good value (best in April before the Italian chef left). Have any of you early birds tried it yet, or have you noticed if it is open?

Yes,just back from Easter visit,didnt go in but Brio is open,new decor,new menu and looking very smart!

Hi SWS,
Its at the bottom of Montesion,thats the steep street that runs parallel to the Calvario steps, to the right. Opposite the papershop and bookshop and two down from Font de Gall.You may know the Cockerel/water feature in the small sq at corner.

Thanks jonquet, I know where it is now, I walked passed it everyday getting the paper, it was next to the lovely bakery that isn't there anymore. It changed hands the year before last didn't it, it looked smart and was very poplar in the summer.

The menu has been smartened up more restaurant than bar now, mediteranean and resonably priced, also its in a nice little spot if you can sit outside
