Labelling your Photos & using Tags
For those of you who have already added your photos, thank you very much. But do bear in mind that some of our visitors have never seen the resort or visited some of the places featured in the photos.
At the moment there is no facility to 'group' the photos within the Group. You can create 'sets' within your own personal photos using Organizr, & I would recommend this, but these can't yet be recreated in the Group.
Therefore please can you add Titles, decscriptions and Tags. The title is the most important so do make it meaningful. If you have extra info add a description.
What are tags?
Tags are like keywords or labels that you can add to a photo to make it easier to find later. You can tag a photo with tags like:
beach sunset "puerto pollensa" mallorca majorca
and then later on if you are looking for pictures of sunsets you can just click on that tag and get all photos that have been tagged that way.
I would suggest that all photos are tagged with the location i.e.
"puerto pollensa" or "cala figuera" mallorca majorca
& then anything else relevant
You need to use "quotes" when a tag is more than one word & separate tags with spaces.
Try to be consistent. Once you have used tags you can select them for your subsequent photos.
You can also Edit the date of a photo to show when it was taken, if you remember, as it will initially show the date you uploaded it!
If you can do the above when you first add your photos it will make it easier for everyone.
