Long Term Let in PP

Hi
We are looking to possibly.move to Puerto Pollensa. Can anyone advise of any long term lets that are available? We need minimum of three bedroom. I have contacted few agents and looked online but they only deal with holiday lets. Can you also tell me if the primary school is situated behind the Playa Mar Apts as we have just recently stayed there? What is is the name of school and do they have pre school too. I have two kids aged 4 and 8 and think PP would be great area to bring them up in. Any advice etc would be appreciated.

There are two primary schools here in Puerto Pollensa, the school behind the Playa Mar is the `Instituto´which is secondary school. The two primary schools are located - one at back of Puerto Pollensa, to the right of the sports centre with your back to the sea and the other is slighltly closer to the centre, behind the free car park, close to the Bar Bodequito. Regarding long lets you need to contact Estate Agents or I also deal with long term rentals. The best time to look at long term rentals however is September/November time. good luck.
