Long term lets

I am a newbie to the forum and would like some advice if possible.
We have decided to return to live in Pollensa after 4 years of being away. Having sampled life on both sides of the mediterranean we have decided that PP is the place for us to settle down.
We are looking to relocate at the end of this year so my only question relates to long term rentals. I have contacted all the rental agents but am wondering if anyone on the forum knows of any private long term rentals or contacts. Minimum 3 bedrooms are required.

If you would like to contact me direct with your requirements regarding area, facilities, budget, etc.etc. then I shall add you to my listing and contact you as and when suitable properties become available. The prices for long term rentals have reduced this last 12 months and many new properties will become available during october and november. All long term rental properties must now have an energy efficient certificate.
