My partner and I have finally put our house on the market in England, our intention to move permanently to Puerto Pollenca. What we were wondering was if any of the fine citizens of the PuertoPollensa.com community knew of any good long term letting agents, appartments or any advice for renting over a period of 6 months? Also is it possible to get a Spanish mortgage while in rented property, and where would be the best areas to settle where there's a healthy and friendly mix of Spanish and English residents?
