long term rental needed

hey i am looking for a rental for long term i have been in my current apartment 1.5 years however the owner son is moving and they are terminating my lease. I am looking for either a house or ground floor flat or finca to rent. i am a professional and am well house trained but on a budget of 400 euros. i have cats and want somewhere where they can go out so not near a main road. i have lived here 6 years and would like to take a place for 1 year if not longer. if anyone can help i would be really appreciate it.

You may have already looked at this site, but there are quite a few long term rentals on it.

Also Inmobiliaria Xiscas (on calle Juan de la Cosa) and Servera on (calle Juan XXIII) seem to have some good deals.

We're planning on moving next season so I've been doing a lot of investigating!!
