Long term rentals

I wonder if you can help! There seems to be lots of rental property available in PP but all seems to be at the holidaymaker rate. What is the average cost of a 2-3 bed property on a long term basis, and what would I need to secure one? Im sure it varies re pool etc. But im thinking 2 bed with communal pool.

Thanks Sparky, helpful as always. I'm trying to get as much info as possible as we're out in July for just under 3 weeks and hope to make some plans then!

I think you may find it very difficult to find long term rentals in the port at a reasonable price, unless its an apartment in a poor position or with poor facilities.
I have friends, who live in the port, who have had great difficulty finding alternative accommodation when their long leases have expired.
