looking for english speaking gardener

We are looking for a person to be able to create a new lawned garden from scratch at a new build villa, we need top soil and grass laid, plus some planting and a lot of bamboo screening put up. Our villa is due to be completed in around 2 weeks and we would like to employ somebody in the next couple of weeks to make the garden area ready for rental in August. We appreciate the it will be a couple of month before we have a lawn that will be useable.
