Lost NI number

Hi can anyone let me know how to obtain a duplicate copy of a ni number I obtained from pollensa town hall in 2008?

Did you get direct from the Town Hall or via a solicitor?

Did you use it? For example, mine is on my mobile account, electricity and bank account profile, work invoices, etc. It's even on the guarantees for my kitchen appliances.

If you managed to initially obtain from Pollenca Town Hall, I would suggest visiting again with your various ID's. This is the easier step than Palma visit, process of elimination! I also assumed that NIE activity would be completed in Palma. Yes, I seem to recall NIE duplication is processed in Palma. See previous post entitled 'Applying for residency, NIE etc..', where you will find address and link for office appointments.
