No wonder you've never come across it, I think I'm right in saying that Ms. Lumley made a mistake by saying the factory was in Pollenca when it's actually in Inca! The name above the factory door was 'Guillem Capo', and when I looked up their website found that they're located in Inca on the Career de Mostassaf

Something I did learn (think it was in the second episode) is that the premises by the first roundabout as you approach Pollensa from PP, with the name Vicens on it, makes that very distinctive material that you see a lot of in Mallorca..

Well worth a visit and great customer service. Can take up to month for some made to measure and can be sent to UK.
