We have just returned from a wonderful evening at Mister Green in Sa Pobla, the sister restaurant to Can Costa. (If you like Can Costa you will LOVE Mister Green!)
Three words describe this restaurant, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. (Food, decor and ambience).
The restaurant has been completely refurbished to the highest standard, it has a lovely outdoor dinning area and a terrace on the first floor for drinks or coffee. It also has lovely indoor areas which will be useful as it is open all year.
It has a four course "Taster" menu, tonight it was Prawn Bisque, Chicken liver pate, Butter baked Cod with Mussels and Leaks, the desert was ice cream on a rhubarb compote.
They are happy to change any of the courses if you do not like the menu. Value for money it is fantastic, 25 euro plus tax! For three adults including drinks we were only 123 euro.
We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, it's well worth the trip to Sa Pobla.

Hope you enjoy as much as we did in August, can´t wait to return in two weeks.

We were back at Mister Green on Tuesday, once again had a lovely meal.

As you enter Sa Pobla, at the first roundabout go straight ahead and follow the road which will bend to the left, on the right hand side you will come to a Santander Bank followed shortly after that by a (yellow) Chinese restuarant sign which sticks out, turn left here and Mister Green is on your left.

It's worth the drive.

Many thanks for the directions PP76 - spot on! When we'd visited Sa Pobla in the past we'd always parked in the little square immediately before the road off to Mister Green so it was all very familiar when we got close to the yellow sign for the Chinese restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and just in the process of typing up my review for posting later...
