Following the death of Mecedes from the Club Cultural, one of her oldest friends has died.
Audrey Chapman was one of the original travel reps on the island. She had been in Puerto Pollensa for 40 years and had friends in both the English and Mallorca community.
Many of her old clients still remebered her and called to see her when they returned to holiday in Puerto Pollensa.
One of the older taxi drivers talked to me about Audrey yesterday, "I always called her The Angel on The Bicycle".
