Name of owner of Los Pescadores?

Can someone please tell me the name of the owner of Los Pescadores. I dont know if it's Maria De Los Angeles (what a brilliant name!) or Angie something. Or something completely different.
She's tall, dark and slim with glasses and has her hair tied back. I've spoken to her a number of times but I didn't get her name.

Hi Pollpott, yes it is Maria de Los Angeles but she likes to be called Angie.
