My two squares are always side by side. Only the port office is working again today. The forecast is not good for the next 4 days, i hope for everyone over there that it is wrong.

Can someone who is technical please tell me why the web cams works some of the times and then other times not .Its sooo frustrating !!!

Funny you should say that, I was just saying the same thing to hubby! Have been trying for the last two days and cant get through. Must be the bad weather giving bad reception

Just logged into Barnard Hamiltons webcam for my daily fix - Wow!! Both webcams working and really good quality, thanks Barnard Hamilton. Only problem now is the 4 X 4 that always seems to be parked right in front of the camera. Pleeeese could someone pop in to tell them. My daily fix would then be 100% satisfied.

Can't get it to work since I returned from PP on Sunday - maybe it's just as well, I would only sit and stare, with a miserable face, wishing I was back!!!(In spite of all the rain we had!!!!) After a few days of rain - the old magic feeling returned!!

Trying to have a butcher's through the webcam but no luck being able to open it; just see an X in top left corner and no amount of clicking shows me anything - must be my PC settings! Shame!

Hi supamac, welcome to the forum, it's not your pc the webcam is not working. You just have to keep trying, very frustrating!!!.

Thought it was too good to be true, I have not managed to get on the webcam for 2 days now - no daily fix - withdrawal symptoms

You're a gem Sparky! Realised it was temperamental when I started to read other messages. Got a squint at the clear blue skies and lovely view on Thursday, then the 4x4 arrived! How inconsiderate!

Hi Su, just remember that this site is only for Pollensa related stuff. As long as you don't say anything racist or abusive, post away to your hearts content. If you want somewhere for general chat, jokes and word games join the Tapas Bar ,we are friendly and have lots of laughs. Lyn

Just had a look at Puerto P and Pollensa via the web cams, it's lovely to see the sun is shining again with plenty of blue sky. Must be warm people are wandering about in sun hats.
Just realised why the webcams are not always accessible - when the computers are switched off or go into standby mode the webcam which is attached to them will go off, hence no pictures for us.
Does anybody out there who's in the know agree with me?

I don't know Whaley, but PP webcam was working late last night, unless they left the computor on. Did you notice that the PP cam has been moved to the right a bit, maybe it's to avoid the 4x4 that keeps parking in front of it.

I've never looked at night time, that's my theory gone up in smoke then! Yes, better position now, we can see more of the scenery, although just a fraction to the left would be perfect (just got a tiny bit of the window in on the right). I wonder if they read our posts - I'm only joking Barnard Hamilton - we're grateful really.

Webcam in PP
Just managed to get on to the Webcam for the first time in ages. It looks absolutely gorgeous this morning and the new position is much better. Hope it stays up and running for a while. Only 2 weeks to go!
