Newly built apartments in CSV

Hi

Does anyone know anything about the newly built row of apartments that are on the corner of Cala Molins in Cala St Vicente. They are built on a curve right on the edge by the beach. They are a couple of floors high and have huge windows facing out to sea. All of them look empty even though they were finished a long time ago. We walked round the block hoping to see an estate agent's sign but saw nothing. I would love to rent one of these. Does anyone know anything about them. I would really love to buy one but I fear they are probably too costly.

I think these apartments are featured on the site of Portvil, an estate agent in Cala San Vicente.

I've just looked at the Portvil site and although I saw some new apartments on there called 'Molins', these are further along from the other new ones I was referring to.

The ones I am trying to find out about are several blocks further down from the ones on Portvil's site, past Pepe's restaurant and at the very end of that lane at the edge of the sea. I wish I had taken a photo of them so that I could be more specific.

Hannah we had a 'nose' at these apartments as well and as you say no agents board and they looked unfinished. Maybe another builder gone by the wayside or put on hold until the current climate within the property market improves!
