I'm really sorry that one of our advertisers did not respond & we are looking into it. Normally I would suggest anyone who experiences this to telephone the advertiser. I realise this is difficult from the US. If this happens to anyone else, please do contact us & we will try & contact the advertiser for you.

Yes, Stoofer, it is somewhat exasperating when they don't reply, but four others did (and quite promptly I might add), and they were all from this website. We still have time to book the airfares, but at least the lodging part is completed and everything else should fall into place quite nicely.

I can understand how annoying it must be not to have a prompt reply but in these advertisers defence, it is possible that they may be ill or on holiday .

Isn't there an ad on the outside of this apartment for Simbads,are they the owners ?

Yes Cliff, i believe it does belong to Simbads or maybe they just manage it . I seem to remember someone saying that they offered discounts in the restaurant for guests staying in the apartment .

I'm afraid that advertisers are often away and don't always check their emails although we do now have an SMS Text Alert service which many have signed up to. We've also found that local owners often go away in Jan/Feb when their businesses are quiet but they don't realise that it's a key booking period for Brits!

We are trying to contact the 2 mentioned here but in future if this does happen and you don't get a reply by email, do try phoning them if you can - we do always give telephone numbers.
