Eating out.Bit of a dilemma where to eat first, as we like to visit our favorite restaurants more than once.

anyway Font de Gall won. It was a good choice. Haggis to start. I think the portion is smaller than i remember it being. Not a bad thing more room for pud!! Needless to say it was delicious. main course i had monk fish with saffron rice very light cooked perfectly. Hubby had lamb which looked good and it was clean plates all round. For afters i had orange and lemon cheesecake a favorite of mine wasn't disappointed it was as good as ever. The wine which i've always felt never seems chilled enough was just right. So a very good start to the week. 80eurs including G and T large beer house white and a couple of glasses of port.************************************

Ca'an Costa. I have already written a little bit about Costa in reply to comments made a few days ago.I would just like to say the food* and the service were spot on. We ate there twice during our stay. It is still my favorite restaurant and we'll be back again next year.

Brisa Marina. After reading all the positive reviews decided to give this place a try. It was probably the busiest restaurant we visited. Didn't care much for the decor, lights were a bit bright, as for the food excellent value for money. I had the whitebait followed by monk fish marinere i think thats what it was called. anyway it was all preety good monk fish was over cooked and i had homemade chocolate mousse which tasted like angel delight.the service was very good the staff were all very attentive and smiley and the bill was only 62euros!! That included g and ts and wine. If i were on a two week holiday may visit again, but not in my top five. Other reviews to follow
