Pedestrianisation? Where?

For the last year on this site I have been reading about the pedestrianisation of PP. I've been there for the last 2 weeks, just back yesterday, and I didn't see one sign of Pedestrianisation anywhere. Have I missed something?

Thanks Sparky, I thought I was going mad. I kept saying to my wife, it's going to be great this year, no traffic along the front. But to be honest, it hasn't be bad at all. You get the odd, very odd, youngster tearing along the front with his rubbishy music blasting out of his car. I don't mind them speeding if only they would blast out some decent music!
