As Andrew Valente of the Mallorca Daily Bulletin suggested, I bought a bottle of this in the Eroski Syp up on the way up to Pollensa. He suggested you freeze it for an hour before serving. I did so and my Mallorcan friends raved about a) how it tasted and b) the fact you could get it for under 6 euros in Eroski. Try it, I am no white wine drinker but it did taste braw heavily chilled in the hot twilight of the balcony.
