Playa Mar Aparthotel

Hi, just wondering has anyone stayed in Playa Mar Aparthotel?

My son, his wife and baby son are thinking of going there for first week in October. Some reviews they read state that it can be noisy with childrens entertainment. Would this be quieter in early October due to school term time?

Also what about the weather then, is it likely to be wet or is it likely to be still pleasantly warm?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

My sister stayed in the Playa Mar a couple of times and thought it was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the kids club kept the wee one amused. Ask for a room at the back of the complex for a quieter setting and lovely mountain views.

Only downside a wee bit of a walk into town but a nice walk - 25 mins or so along the pedestrianised Pine Walk by the sea. A few places to stop off on the way and taxis home are cheap.

Thank you very much lala. They have booked their holiday now so here's hoping. We are heading to PP on Saturday ourselves. Our second visit and looking forward to it very much. We are staying at the Oro Playa, stayed at Villa Concha last time, loved it, but got a good deal to Oro Playa so hopefully it will be ok. Can't wait!
