Pollentia Hotel

My wife, two teenage daughters and myself are thinking of going to this hotel in July 2009.

Can any member advise me of their experiences at this hotel?

Hi John.

Have been inside the hotel but haven't stayed there, seemed clean and friendly and in a great position just over the road from the beach.

We stayed there for one night the year before last on the first Friday of our holiday before we could get into the villa we were renting, we found it charming and almost like someones house with the furniture and paintings, it has an older style feel to it, we just paid the normal rate and ended up on the upper floor with a big balcony and a stunning view of the whole bay. As Carl said it is just over the road from the beach an ideal location, and can someone correct me, is the road pedestrianized at that point? and a nice stroll into the port in the evening along the beach, hope this helps

The road is closed from Tamarells up, so not in front of this hotel. Although to be honest hardly anyone is taking a blind bit of notice of the signs or the tiny red lights that have appeared. It's going to be fun in the summer.
