Laroc reopening this Sat

Bruno at Laroc has just asked me to let you know that they will be reopening this coming Saturday.

The port is certainly very busy at the moment with lots of painting etc. going on & places reopening every day.

El Posito will start opening in the evenings on 7th April .

Neptuno is now open.

Yay! Lovely shoulder of lamb. Sadly though, only found out the other day that Grandmama passed away last Oct.

Oh very sad news indeed. She must have been a grand age! We stayed at the family's Voramar apartment quite a few times many years ago and Mama (as everyone called her ) would often be sitting in her rocker on the ground floor terrace when we went out in the evening. My then teenage daughters would get approving and sometimes disapproving looks from her depending on what get up they we're wearing!!! And be it on their heads if they made too much noise 'creeping' in at some unearthly hour after Chivas
