PP Restaurants open in winter 2014/2015.

Don't suppose anyone knows for how long or what the improvements are atall?
 
Hibiscus

One small correction. Hibiscus is not closed on Thursdays as I'm currently there for dinner tonight!

On the door the note says that it is closed on Tuesdays.
 
La Posada d'Ariant in Pollensa old town is closed from next week until 20 January. We had a great meal tonight. There is a great young attentive team there - chef Grettel. Nice ambience. Just eight tables but fairly full. Try it if you can. I like to see these energetic young businesses survive. Food excellent. Recommended.

Nostalgia will re-open tomorrow evening for their traditional NYE party which includes a free buffet :D.

There opening hours for the next couple of weeks are as follows :-

NYE - Bar open from 6pm until close.
January 1st - Closed.
" 2nd/3rd and 4th open from 6pm until close.
" 5th and 6th closed.
" 7th - 18th 6pm until close.
 
Well what a difference a day makes. Stunning day today and fab walk.

Anyhow I walked up to the Llenaire roundabout and Josep was hard at work renovating the former Tango. He is hoping to open in February. Most of the features inside are being retained and the boat on the roof of course! He is obviously very excited about the new venture and we had a full site tour. He is hoping to stay open most of the year (good for us permanent and semi-permanent residents) and knows he needs to price sensibly to attract people given his location.

Josep's energy and enthusiasm is fantastic and I hope his venture succeeds. I for one will be supporting it.
 
I spoke to Manolo (Tango) last night and he said that the restaurant will open in the middle of March in the old Trio building :).
 
Has Trio closed already ? Was hoping it may still be open for this month!
 
Hell's Kitchen will be closed after this weekend but only for a couple of weeks while they to a bit of decorating, however Ian is hoping to be open for the "Roast in Hell's" on Sundays.

He will re-open in February and is already planning St Valentines Day with the very popular Guillermo and his wife performing as a duet, there will be some fine dining as well, i will post the menu as soon as i get it :D.

Fab meal there last night- so glad we decided to call there as we didnt realise he was closing..Ian did say he would be doing Sunday lunch..🍴😃
