Am I missing something, it was mentioned this morning (on the weather thread) about being able to see people sitting in the square on the Alaro webcam (or have I misread it!), all I can see is the castle on top of the mountain, which is very beautiful, may I add, but can't see any people sitting in a square?

I think you are looking at a different webcam - the one in the square is totally live with no delay. Don't know if I am allowed to give you the link but I know that Sparky will remove it if it's not ok Here is the link:

Mystery solved, its another webcam site, with a great view of the town square in Alaró, I look at the Alcudia one as well, they have adverts so cant post the link, but if you search for livecam-pro.com you should find it.

I love the Alaro placa view - its usually nearly empty but right now it is packed with people and the children playing football.The Christmas lights look lovely and there is a row of stalls down one side. It looks as it it's closed to traffic this weekend. The fact that it's without any time delays just makes it so much more real Really getting hooked on this one
