Property Management

Hi
We are in the process of buying a 3 bedroom apartment in the Pollentia Mar and wondered if anyone can give any advice about a reasonable property management company. we'll need them to do all the usual stuff including changover cleaning and laundry for friends and family who will be using the apartment. I've contacted all the places on the property services page for quotes but am interested to find out who others use and if they can pass on details to us. Many thanks for your help!

IDEAL are very good but not cheap

I guess your choice will depend upon how much you can risk something going wrong

If you need everything to be spot on each time you have guests arriving then price will not be the deciding factor

but if you need it to be right most of the time you could probably risk going with a smaller company who will no doubt be cheaper

Before we came here to live we used Bob McCallum to look after the property and arrange cleaning and laundry. No problems with them, and they always let us know if called out by visitors.

Another vote for Ideal.

As has been said before, not the cheapest in town, but we've used them for the last 8 years and whenever there's been a problem they've always sorted it with the minimum of fuss. Another plus factor is that they have a 24 hour emergency mobile that's always manned. We've always been assured that if either ourselves or someone else is staying in our apartment and there's an emergency (medical / burst pipe etc), there will always be an English speaking person in the port who can help.

Any more recommendations for property management as we don't know who or what to go with, keep hearing horror stories ! Anyone ever used Willows in Pollensa or Home Moments ?

We used Bob McCallum and his daughter when we used one. No problems and always helpful if last minute changes to a booking etc.
