Hi, hoping that maybe someone can answer my question. Has anyone used this pool and if so does it have walk-in steps as opposed to hand held ladder steps? I am slightly disabled and do not have the strength to use ladder steps. If anyone has any information regarding this, best time to go when it is quieter and if indeed you need to wear goggles and a cap as mentioned in a previous topic, I would be very grateful. Not sure if it makes a difference but I will be on holiday he first 2 weeks in June.

Hi jill, the pool does not have walk in steps they are of the ladder variety, there is however a chair lift to get disabled people in and out which might help you. As for caps and goggles, caps you do need. I think goggles are a personal preference, I use the pool and never use them. I would think it is less busy in the morning and early afternoon but as I always use it first thing in the morning can't be certain.

Hi, many thnaks for the reply. I may venture up and see how I get on but not sure I like the idea of the hoist! One stupid question - I assume the steps go into a shallow end? Many thanks.
Off to enjoy the Scottish sun - a rarity on a bank holiday!
