I have known about this for a couple of weeks but now it is official....La Roca will close down permanently after their NYE party tomorrow.
Juan, Loli and Manolo have tried very hard to weather the "crisis" but unfortunately they could not keep going any longer.....such a shame .

Yes it is sad, they are lovely people and we had some great evenings in there, especially when they played their guitars and sang (real Spanish stuff) also had some raucus nights of footy during the winter, mostly when Real Madrid and Barcelona were playing each other .
I think the main problem is location but hopefully they will find somewhere else soon.

I have just been speaking to Jaime and although he is usually closed on Tuesdays in winter he says the restaurant will be open every day next week for Sant Antoni .

Hallo Tone, yes i last updated the list on Sunday 17th but most restaurants are usually open by Easter .

I am told by a reliable source that Can Josep will open for the new season on the 1st March.

Nozzies opening for the season.

Nostalgia will re-open for the season on Thursday 7th March.

They will be open every day except Mondays from 6.30pm til late and the kitchen will be serving the full a la carte menu from 6.30pm til 10pm .

Colin will of course be entertaining us as only Colin can .
